By downloading, installing, or using Todox Browser ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. AI Agent Usage

The AI agent feature is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken by the AI agent. Todox is not liable for any actions performed by the AI agent on your behalf.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Software for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware, or to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
